We have been proudly serving the Kingwood and surrounding communities with excellence in mental health care since 2011. It's hard to believe 14 years have gone by already. Joining our clients for therapy sessions in the context of a safe, caring environment is at the heart of what we do. Along the way, community outreach has also been a hallmark of our practice and we have enjoyed the privilege of supporting our community through free mental health presentations at Humble ISD and local churches, offering free crisis counseling services in the wake of hurricane Harvey, supervising the up and coming generation of new therapists, and offering professional trainings to colleagues.
Everyday at the office is its own unique experience. No two stories, people, or sessions are ever the same. It's like an ever changing piece of artwork before us. We are beyond grateful to our past, current, and future clients for entrusting us with things so personal, painful at times, and also beautiful.

How much does therapy cost?
Session fees are typically $145-$185 per 50-minute therapy session, depending on the therapist you see.
Another way to look at the cost of therapy is if you came to a weekly therapy session 4 x a month, at the $145 rate, that works out to be less than $20 per day.
We charge a one-time only $50 non-refundable intake fee in order to schedule the first appointment. This intake fee is only charged once you have made an appointment and your therapist has personally called to introduce themselves to you. This way you are not charged the intake fee until you have had an opportunity to ensure your therapist is a good fit for you and a chance to ask your therapist any questions you may have prior to your first appointment.
Do you accept insurance?
All services provided by our office are out-of-network will all insurance plans.
However, many of our clients use their out-of-network benefits for therapy. If you would like to learn more about the specifics of your out-of-network insurance benefits, please contact your insurance customer service department for information specific to your coverage.
In most cases, we provide our clients with a summary of session charges and our clients submit that to their insurance claims department for reimbursement for a portion of their therapy expenses. In most cases the reimbursement our client's receive is 50-70% after their deductible is met.
We do not offer services covered by Medicaid, Medicare, or sliding scale/reduced fee.
