Frequently Asked Questions 

Do you accept insurance? 

We are a private pay private practice, which means we are out-of-network will all insurance plans. We are paid directly from our clients and do not receive any money from insurance. We have many, many clients who are able to receive reimbursement from their insurance for a portion of their therapy services. Please check with your insurance provider if you would like more information about the specifics of what is covered within your insurance plan. 

Do you provide ADHD testing? 

We do not provide ADHD evaluations. However, we do provide therapy for clients diagnosed with ADHD and we also provide referrals for testing and/or referrals to a psychiatrist for medication management when needed. 

Do you prescribe medication? 

We do not prescribe medication of any kind. We provide referrals to physicians including psychiatrists when needed. 

Do you provide Spanish speaking services? 

All services are provided in English only. 

Do you offer services for children? 

We see clients ages 15 and up. We do not see clients younger than 15. 

What rights do clients have per Texas law?

Access to Your Medical Records
You have the right to request and obtain copies of your health or medical records.

How to request records:
Please submit a written request to your therapist by email, mail, or in person. Requests may require identity verification and applicable fees permitted by law.

How to File a Complaint
If you have a concern about your care, your privacy, or the services you received, you have the right to file a complaint.
Complaints may be submitted to the appropriate regulatory agency or to the Texas Attorney General’s Office, as outlined under Texas Health & Safety Code §181.103.
